My Theory of Change

Good strategy listens first. I start there.


When we rush to prescribe solutions, we miss what’s really going on. But when we listen closely — to language, behavior, friction, and feeling — we start to uncover the assumptions, pressures, and beliefs that have shaped choices and their outcomes.

That’s where change begins.

But it doesn’t end with insight. A strategy is only useful if it can be enacted, tested, and adapted.

When designed with intention, strategy can unlock:
